I work exclusively with couples. This is what I do and I’ve been focused on this work for over 20 years.

I’m a Certified PACT Couples Therapist. PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) is a science-informed model that helps you understand what’s really happening in your relationship. We explore how your nervous systems interact under stress, how early attachment experiences show up in your relationship, and how memory shapes what you expect from one another. From there, we work toward clarity, accountability, and meaningful change.

Sessions are active. We work with the moments that usually escalate, trigger defensiveness, or shut you down. We look closely at what is happening underneath the reaction and work with it directly in real time.

The goal isn’t just insight, it’s a different, better experience of each other. I help you learn new patterns and build habits that strengthen your connection and make life better together.
